BAG. UPCYCLED PLASTIC

 The material is made out of upcycled plastic bags. It has a special texture, a nice handfeel, and keeps the waterproof and lightweight characteristics of the plastic. Thus, making the bag easier to carry without adding extra weight for the wearer. The pattern is inspired by origami and solid geometric principles, taking advantage of them in order to make the product more functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Infected Designers is a Berlin based creative team founded by Eleni Georgakila and Sandra Julve. Out of upcycled plastic bags they create new products such as backpacks, wallets or clutch bags.
