DIY WORKSHOP: BERLINER HOCKER
Organized by Elizaveta Barsegova
Mai 18th // 12:00 pm - 01:30 pm
Within this workshop you will get to know how to build Berliner Hocker – a little magic thing, which can basically be anything, depending on what you want it to be at the moment, where and how you would like to use it.
A coffee table, a book shelve and a chair – that`s what you are going to build within 30 min. If you make several of those, you could also get the awesomest cupboard ever existed, which transforms according to your needs and wishes, almost taking the shape of the objects you need to place there.
Please, bring the materials with you:
- 2x: 30×42,5 cm
- 2x: 30×32 cm
any kind of wood, 2 cm thick
You can get all of that in any kind of Building Market or Materials Store (e.g. Bauhaus).
Berliner Hocker is a part of the well-known project Hartz IV Möbel run by Lee Van Bo. Lee Van Bo creates various models of functional, aesthetic and cheap DIY furniture, which help people to BUILD MORE and BUY LESS!
The workshop will be held by Pedro Moraes, a young talented product designer, who is working on his own projects as well as collaborating with Lee Van Bo.
This is one of the DIY workshops by betahaus| Berlin.
