Organized by Elizaveta Barsegova

Mrz 30th // 01:00 pm - 04:00 pm

Your chairs look boring? Your table is sad because it`s from IKEA and looks just like every other table? And all you have in mind is to color them white?  No-no-no, that`s not the way to go – we have a better idea!

Decoupage is an amazing technique which allows decoration of almost any surface with all kinds of printed materials (could be images from a magazine or napkins or just anything you printed out by yourself).

Within the workshop you will get to know how to make decoupage with various printed materials and in combination with special markers which you are allowed to use in this technique. Moreover, you will get to know how to create shaped letters or images on the surface, like the `b` letter on the picture. During the workshop we will use the wooden surface, but you will also get some tips about working with other surfaces such as plastic or styrofoam.

All the needed tools and materials including the working surface are provided and included into the price.

IF YOU WANT, you can bring with you:
Any wooden surface you would like to decorate. May be a chair, a box, a folder or just a plane piece of wood. IMPORTANT: what you bring has to be wooden and NOT covered with any lacquer!

This is one of the DIY workshops by betahaus| Berlin.
